There are many
options for to help you achieve your goals. We can work together one
on one or you can participate in small group or semi private
training. Or any combination that fits your lifestyle.
For example, several
of my clients train privately two to four times per week for half
hour or hour sessions.
Others have me
design a program for them that they follow on their own and I see
them monthly to change and monitor the program. Some take classes
and see me once every few months so they can update their programs
and review any obstacles or issues. Some see me once per week for a
tough workout and then work out the rest of the week on their own .
My hope is the exercise becomes a permanent part of your life !
