This class
is
a straightforward series of various
exercises and
encompasses all aspects of fitness. It is important to confuse your
muscles for them to make changes! There will be lots of tempo
variations and a huge variety of movement. This one hour of FAST paced
training will have you transitioning from balance and stabilization
work to weight training, boxing, and a mix of cardio, flexibility
and power exercises.
A sample workout would include 20 front kicks, 20 jumping jacks,
agility ladder, push ups, mini tramp, 20 crunches, balance board, weight
training all in a format of timed circuits with a short rest.
THIS FUN BOOT CAMP STYLE
CLASS will empower and challenge both the beginner and the
seasoned athlete.

Boot Camp Class is
similar to personal training
but takes place in a small class environment. Indoor class is
limited to ten participants during the winter months. Participants are allowed
to register for one or two sessions per week on a first come first
serve basis. |
