Senior Strength Training
This is a program designed for the "mature" population. This strength and conditioning program will allow participants to feel a greater social, psychological and heightened quality of life. They will notice improvements in coordination, balance, strength, endurance and flexibility.

This
one-hour class will keep you moving for an hour, and for the rest of
your life.
While enjoying great music, and wonderful people, you will be exercising your heart, muscles and your mind. This class is a combination of cardiovascular training, weight training, flexibility, balance coordination, agility and core strength Vanessa will adapt the exercises to your needs.

Not only will you feel great but your daily tasks will be accomplished much easier.
When: Wednesdays and Friday Mornings at 8.45am.
