Senior Exercise Programs

"Moving Into Wellness®"
Is a program
designed for the "mature population. This senior strength and
conditioning program will allow all participants to feel a greater
social, psychological and heightened quality of life. They will
notice improvements in coordination, balance, strength, endurance
and flexibility.
This
one-hour class will keep you moving for an hour, and for the rest of
your life. While enjoying some great tunes and wonderful people,
you will be exercising your heart, muscles and your mind. This class
is a combination of cardiovascular training, weight training,
flexibility, balance coordination, agility and core strength. Not
only will you feel great but your daily tasks will be accomplished
much easier.

Vanessa has
been teaching and instructing seniors and special populations at
Medical facilities and Universities all over the country. She has
been teaching fitness and weight training at the Vic Geary center
for nearly 14 years.
