Adult Fitness Training

This is a comprehensive program incorporating all components for total fitness.  You will learn how to monitor your heart rate, train in your zone to lose fat, improve body composition and metabolism with proper weight training.  This program will educate you and motivate you to achieve your goals.

Work one on one with a personal trainer to achieve specific goals in fitness/wellness or athletic performance.

  • Education, Motivation to achieve personal goals

  • Change body composition

  • Increase metabolism thru weight training

  • Lose body fat/Increase lean muscle mass

  • Learn proper form and technique of major muscles

  • Train in your "training zone"

  • Increase balance, flexibility & core stabilization

  • Improve over all health & well-being
