This 75-minute class will encourage
children to develop flexibility, coordination, balance, motor
abilities & skills.

FOUR-WEEK PROGRAM.
This is a
non-competitive, comfortable atmosphere.
Kids will improve overall
fitness, strength, speed, agility, self-esteem and confidence.
Challenge yourself to a great work out and have fun while getting
fit.
Running, swimming, weight training etc.
